A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the third-party provider that supplies the result. North Augusta Residents Directory does not keep a separate copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of your message and use them to respond.

Hosting services may create routine logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of access. We use aggregate information to operate the service and understand page use. Cookies or comparable technology may support basic analytics and, where used, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Limited data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvement. We do not sell a visitor list or create personal visitor profiles.

Links lead to county and state portals, libraries, archives, and sponsored search tools. Their terms and privacy practices apply once information is submitted to them, including through a sponsored result.

Hosting and support providers may process technical logs for the service. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic data described here. Information is disclosed when valid legal process requires disclosure, and not otherwise.
Security Practices
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles stored by this site.
Visitors Under 18
The reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information. If a minor has sent information directly to us, contact us so it can be removed.
Privacy Requests
Depending on where a visitor lives, they may have rights to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information a business holds. The research found no verified comprehensive South Carolina consumer-privacy deletion statute applicable here. Because this service retains very little, a request normally involves the contact mailbox and available logs. Use the Contact page. Government records held by South Carolina, Aiken, Edgefield, or North Augusta custodians require a request to that custodian.
